Britt Neuhaus graduated from Middlebury College in May 2007 with a degree in Latin American Studies. Fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, she studied abroad in Rio de Janeiro and Buenos Aires during her junior year. There, she became impassioned by the politic activeness and awareness of the local students which shaped her decision to become a bilingual Elementary School Teacher in New York City through Teach for America.
